All custom orders are handcrafted specifically for you . Because of the personalized nature of these items, all custom orders are final sale.
Once production has begun, custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

ALL CUTOM ORDER DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Return Policy for In-stock items
We accept returns on in-stock items within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In the original packaging, if applicable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
